Pumpkin-Pie-Spiced Pecans

Grease a 15x10x1-inch baking pan. Set pan aside.

Beat until frothy:

1 egg white
1 t water

Add and toss to coat:

5 c pecans (I guess you could use walnuts or other nuts...)

Combine and sprinkle on nuts, tossing again:

1 c sugar
1 T pumpkin pie spice

Spread nuts in a single layer in the prepared baking pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool slightly in pan. Transfer to waxed paper to cool. Break into clusters. Store tightly covered up to 1 week. Makes 8 cups (32 servings).
