Hot Cocoa Mix
This is a favorite family recipe. It's quick to fix a cup of cocoa at home, and it's great for boats, RVs, and other times you don't want to scald milk in a saucepan........ Gee, that's practically all the time!
Dry mix:
2 c dried milk solids
1/2 c sugar
1 c Nestle's Quik
To use:
Mix 1/3 c mix with 1 c very hot water. Float marshmallows on top, if you like.
